Deborah AlisonPUGHDeborah passed away unexpectedly, yet peacefully, aged 73, on Wednesday 18th February 2026 at Royal Stoke Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
The adored wife of David, loving mum of Sarah, Katy, Oliver, and Elizabeth, mother-in-law to Mel and Neil, much loved Norny of Charlie, Louis, Dylan, Daisy, Freddie, Albie, Marley, Oshy, Django, and Scarlett. Beloved sister of Jonny, Rod, and Richard. Cherished auntie, Godmother, and friend to many.
Deborah will be lovingly remembered for her tenacious attitude, wicked sense of humour, and kind-hearted nature. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
The funeral will be held at Holy Trinity Church, Mossley, at 12.30pm on Thursday 12th March 2026. Will friends please accept this notice as an invitation to join us in celebrating Deborah's life. Please dress as you feel appropriate, but a splash of colour would be much appreciated.
The family would like to thank everyone for the messages of condolences and cards that have been sent in Deborah's memory. Your kindness is truly appreciated.
We request that instead of flowers, donations can be made to The British Heart Foundation or Kidney Research UK in Deborah's name. A donation box will be available at the service, however donations can also be made via the funeral directors.
